DLM Properties is a privately owned real estate investment and management company rooted in tradition and legacy. DLM was founded in 2015 by Dan and Luke McMillin, the sons of Mark McMillin and grandsons of San Diego Home Building Icon Corky McMillin.
The McMillin Family has over 50 years of land development, home building, real estate and investment experience in Southern California, which has helped to steer DLM in the right direction since day one. DLM stands for Dan, Luke and their sister Macy.
The DLM team focuses largely on acquisition and asset management of a high-quality multi-family investment portfolio that currently spans over 470+ apartment units in San Diego, California along with assets in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona.
